Proposals

Responding to school district proposals is a key strategy for Arcadis (formerly IBI Group) to secure new projects. These proposals are highly customized, with specific requirements and deadlines, making close team collaboration essential. The successful submission of each proposal relies on the joint efforts of a proposal manager, proposal coordinator, and graphic designer.

Project Description

When I initially began working on proposals, I encountered challenges with an outdated template that did not meet the diverse requirements of different projects. My goal was to create a template that not only aligned with our brand identity but also offered flexibility with multiple layout options. By doing so, we could easily tailor the proposals to the unique requirements of each project without the need for extensive redesigning.

In addition to improving the template, I also worked on streamlining the proposal creation process, by developing a comprehensive library of boilerplate graphics, icons, graphs, schedules, tables, and quote styles. This library served as a valuable resource that could be readily utilized in proposals, significantly reducing the time and effort required.
